20th century girl Korean drama (2022) Review

If you are a sucker for happy endings like me, this movie is not for you.

After I watched "Uncontrollably Fond" I said I will never ever again watch a K-drama with a sad ending. Life is already not that lovey-dovey itself and with everything going on in this world,

ALL I WANT IS A HAPPY ENDING THAT WE ARE BARELY SEEING IN REAL LIFE THESE DAYS!

"20th-century girl" was on my list and someone asked me to review it as well.

Okai, I didn't google the ending before I started watching like I usually do.
The trailer looked promising and it felt like a happy ending already.
Then boom! All hopes of a happy ending were dashed.

If you don't mind crying your eyes out at the end of a movie, watch it.

P.S.: I think all my neighbors heard me sobbing while watching it at 3 a.m.

"Have you ever felt your heart flutter so much, to be life-threatening?"

"Not sure why, but when I think of him my heart hurts a little, if this is love if this is what it feels like, then, I think I'm in love."

Dear K-drama/movies screenwriters,

Please stop hurting us by killing our favorite characters. We watch K-dramas and movies to find a happy place. Why do you keep shattering our dreams by separating people who are in love? I accepted that the second leads always have to end up aloneπŸ˜πŸ’”

STOP BREAKING OUR HEARTS, PLEASE!

The cast was amazing, I can't wait to see them in new K-dramas, especially Byeon Woo Seok, who was the second lead in "Record of youth" and I wished he had his own K-drama! And here he is, shining brighter than any star in "20th-century girl." The way he expressed his emotions and the way he looked at Bo Ra (Kim Yoo Jung) will make you want to be loved like this!

I don't want to be biased, but I'd watch any K-drama with Woo Seok in it.

I can't say that I didn't enjoy the movie, I did and a lot!

If only they had the happy ending they deserved.

The story of "20th century girl"

In 1999, a teen with a heart of gold begins keeping close tabs on a popular classmate as a favor to her smitten best friend.

Bo Ra is a 17-year-old, high school student. She is good at taekwondo and has a bright and positive personality. She is also a member of the broadcasting club at her school. Woon Ho is a member of the same broadcasting club. Bo Ra is best friends with Yeon Du, who attends the same school. Yeon Du has a crush on Hyun Jin. She asks Bo Ra to find out everything about Hyun Jin and goes to the U.S. to have heart surgery. After that, Bo Ra begins to observe Hyun Jin closely and she falls in love with him. "10 years ticket" Review

I know this must be unusual to my K-drama fans but as much as I enjoy K-drama I enjoy Thai drama as well. I will review the first episode of one of the Thai dramas I have been waiting for its release for so long. Ohm" Pawat Chittsawangdee, Tontawan Tantivejakul, and Off, are among my fave talented Thai actors, and I can't wait to introduce them to you. I will review the first episode of "10 years ticket" and from now I am telling you this Thai drama has a lot of triggering scenes, a lot of tragedies, and sadness and it's not for weak hearts. Pukao and Kongkwan were childhood friends as their families were close too. Ten years ago something tragic happened and Kongwan's sister murdered Pukao's brother, destroying both of their families, and causing the separation between Pukao and Kongkwan's group of friends. Pukao's life fell apart because he didn't only lose a brother. His father abandoned him and him, and Kongwan's family was labeled mur...

Kim Jong-hyun, my angel idol in the sky

Today, I miss you a little extra... Today I want to apologize to my readers because I can't be funny, I can't be sarcastic and  I can't be lovey-dovey ...  Today my blog is my journal  and I want to share with you how I feel... Even though the world seems to carry on without you, my clock stopped the day you left. πŸ’”πŸ’”πŸ’” My dear angel idol, I miss you a little extra today... I needed to write you this letter. Of course I wish you were here. I would have tagged you on Instagram and let my friends do that too. Do you know why? Because I want you to know that you are loved beyond measures, beyond angels and adjectives. But all I can do now is write here and empty my heart out, hoping you're in that happy place listening to me and to the words I always wanted to tell you. "You are enough my angel." because those are the words you have always wanted to hear... I will tell you a thousand times, "You are enough." You will hear me nag a little bit now becaus...

NCT 127 - 2 baddies

P.S.: This photo of Taeyong stole my heart away! I have to say it! Taeyong's visuals are no joke! πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™ When "2 Baddies" was released it was the highlight of my day!  I didn't expect anything less from NCT 127, and the teaser of "2 Baddies" had me counting the days till this song was released!  Since the teaser was released I've dancing and singing along with it. So imagine how excited I was when the entire song was out! Oh! And I almost forgot to mention that after a couple of hours this song hit 38 million views! It's been just eight days and already reached 69 million views! "2 baddies" is an inspirational hip-hop song and the lyrics are about achieving success through running towards goals regardless of what others think or people's judgments. I know those kind of songs doesn't focus that much on the vocals  but their voices  took my breath away!  Wait... do I even need to mention their outfits?! Or their visuals, the art direc...
