My top 10 K-dramas

The order is random, except for "Just between lovers" because it will always be my #1

1- "Just between lovers" or "Rain or shine"

Favorite quote

"It's been said that life is about getting used to goodbyes.

No...

There is no getting used to goodbyes."

...

Why do I love "Just between lovers"?

My favorite actor is the main lead in it.

The only K-drama I mention when someone asks me what my favorite K-drama is.

Just between lovers did to my heart things that I can't express with words. Those feelings you don't have a name for, you know?

(There is a full review in my blog about it. Go check it out!

With all the cute spoilers and allπŸ˜…)

2- "Shooting Stars"

Favorite quote

"An idol's pride is his pride. We must preserve it for them."

...

Why do I love "Shooting Stars"?

The main lead Kim young Dae is now my third fave actor after Lee Juhno & Lee Jun Young.

Oh! And Lee Sung Kyung is my all-time favorite actress!

"Shooting stars" is one of the cutest K-dramas

and the fact that there are three love stories in it, not only focusing on the main leads, was even better!

3- "Our beloved summer"

Favorite quote

"I'm always the first thing you abandon when things get tough. Am I the easiest thing you have that you can throw away?" Choi Ung

...

Why do I love "Our beloved summer"?

I am a sucker of K-dramas about teenage loves that come back after years.

The second chances in love and Ah! I will stop!

(There is a full review on my blog about it. Go check it out!

With all the cute spoilers and allπŸ˜…)

Oh! And I forget to tell you that Choi Woo-shik owned my heart in this K-drama with his doe eyes and his personality and the way he loves.

❤❤

4- "Imitation"

Favorite quote

"We were all born with unique talents, the only difference between us is that some make use of it and some don't."

...

Why do I love "Imitation"?

It's about the life of idols. Do I have to say more? Oh, and my second fave actor Lee Jun Young is the main lead.

Oh, I didn't mean to be so biased, it just happened that 3 of Lee Jun Young are in my top ten K-dramas.

This K-drama includes a large number of idols!

Jung JiSo, ATEEZ's YunHo, SeongHwa, JongHo, and San, SF9's Chani and HwiYoung, U-KISS's Jun, T-ARA's JiYeon, ex-PRISTIN's Lim NaYoung, Park Yuri, Ahn JungHoon, MinSeo, Boys' Republic's SuWoong, g.o.d's Danny Ahn and Shim EunJin are the cast of this drama.

5- "When the weather is fine"

Favorite quote

"If winter has the courage to turn into spring who says I can't bloom the same."

...

Why do I love "When the weather is fine"?

It's about books, music, and love. Do I have to say more?

Oh! Yeah, I will say more... It's one of the most heartwarming K-drama and Seo Kand-joon is among my top ten Kdrama actors. Park Min-young is so sweet and cute and the chemistry between those two was indescribable. A bookshop owner, a cello player, winter and snow. That's the perfect combination.

6- "I hear your voice"

Favorite quote

"My world is a little louder than other people's worlds."

...

Why do I love "I hear your voice"?

One word "Lee Jong-suk"

It is one word, it's his name...

He was the first K-drama actor I crushed on.

There are some things that you can’t explain while watching a heart-aching and a heartwarming K-drama at the same time.

What I can say about this K-drama won’t give it the justice it needs.

I cried and laughed and I want to scream at the world about how cruel and unfair it is.

7- "While you were sleeping"

Favorite quote

"Even if life gives you trials, do not be sad or angry. Your heart lives in the future. Your present is sad. Everything is a short moment. What passed and what’s passing now… will be cherished in the future."

...

Why do I love "While you were sleeping"?

One word "Lee Jong-suk"

It is one word, it's his name...

Ah! No, I will say more...

Suzy was my favorite character in this K-drama, and her quarrels with her brother were hilarious.

This K-drama has it all: comedy, drama, friendship, fantasy, cute love, and an annoying pretty villain.

I absolutely adored it.

(Go watch!)

I may review it, but I may not! Because some feelings I like to keep to myself, and to my agent because I can't hide things from her!

8- "Let me be your knight"

Favorite quote

"He found his own muse to write a song."

...

Why do I love "Let me be your knight"?

Again, Lee Jun Young

It's about idols, duh! And have the best OST:

"Beautiful breakup" & "Let me be your knight"

Luna is a fictional Kpop band in this K-drama and if they were a real Kpop band I would have been their biggest fan.

9- "Please don't date him"

Favorite quote

"NO QUOTE HERE, but this K-drama will make your heart flutter."

...

Why do I love "Please don't date him"?

Oh! I am sorry but again, Lee Jun Young.

His childhood trauma made my heart ache,

actually the whole story and the emotions behind it.

The female lead was an AI engineer, you have no idea how smart and silly and cute she is.

Lee Jun's playing the role of a firefighter. Melted my heart, how he rescues helpless pets.

All in all, it's light-hearted, fun, and deals with serious issues. Kept me on my toes.

(Watch this hidden Gem, not many know about it! But I promise you it's a good one.)

10- "Radio Romance"

Favorite quote

"If you are outside right now, please look up at the sky. It’s time for the blue sky to turn red. This beautiful sky is ours, so go and love someone."

...

Why do I love "Radio Romance"?

Radio Romance is my comfort K-drama.

There is no stress, no toxic relationships.

I have seen it 3 times and it's always on my re-watch list.

Everything about it is beautiful, including one of the quietest boys Yoon Doo-joon, just by seeing him I feel peace regardless of all the childhood traumas and all that he's been through, I still find him the epitome of peace.

Okai, cosy... NO SPOILERS!

I am not in the mood for big spoilers today

so I will leave you to explore everything

by yourself :p

Kiss Goblin K-drama

Talking about the most underrated K-drama I have ever seen.    I still don't understand why he wants to be human... πŸ˜‚πŸ˜†  A 160-year-old goblin knew that in order to become human he needed to kiss 10 girls. The love story is very interesting.  He met a girl who is sick of people, who suffered from a horrible breakup and keeps saying that she hates people.  And look at her falling for a 160-year-old goblin... She works in a cafe and to add to the miserable things that happened to her, the customers were all rude and disrespectful. If you like supernatural, fantasy K-dramas this one is for you. The only thing I hold against it is that it has only 12 episodes, 12 minutes each.  Couldn't they make it a little bit longer? 😭😭😭 " You're my last kiss. If we kiss, we will forget our love together. " We settled this from previous articles, Bae In hyuk is one of my fave talented actors and they need to give him more dramas. I kept nagging until he finally got...

Rest in peace my MoonBin

April, you broke my heart... I never thought I will come back to my blog after that long break to write about losing my MoonπŸ’” I will miss you, my angel. You kept comforting us with your words, but I wish you listened to them, my baby idol, my heart. Forgive us πŸ˜₯ we failed to protect youπŸ’” Will K-pop stop being a happy place? Will K-pop keep breaking our hearts? All I think about now is how to help spread awareness since I am a writer and all I have is my words. K-pop industry, PLEASE PRIORITIZE OUR IDOLS MENTAL HEALTH. They are our safe haven, they save us and the guilt we are experiencing now is no joke! Because we can't protect our idols, and apparently our love for them is not enough, not that I am complaining, NO, but they need people close to them supporting them not making them feel as if they are machines for making money only, our idols are humans and deserve to be loved.  πŸ’”πŸ’”πŸ’” We keep loving and supporting and protecting them as much as we can, words are powerful...

School Korean Drama

"School" (South Korean anthology) This anthology has 8 seasons. From 1999 to 2002 (4 seasons) then after 10 years they rebooted with a new season in 2012 then  3 other series came after. πŸ“šπŸ“šπŸ“š This anthology shed a light on serious problems that occur in schools, like corrupt education, teen suicide, physical, mental abuse as well as bullying.  It is unacceptable that even these days are still happening without finding any solution. Certain events that happened and caused traumas for kids, should have been avoided if the system was more careful, if had more humanity, and if they started looking at the kids as human beings not just robots at school to get good grades and only get evaluated by this. You will learn a thing or two from these K-dramas. They are tough and sometimes you'll feel how cruel the world has been for them at times, let alone feel related because we all had been through something similar in one way or another.  Even the bullies are like this for a reas...
